Shipping policy

Confectionately Confections LLC ships a selection of seasonal items throughout the United States using third part shipping carriers. 

Orders are shipped nationwide, using your preferred shipping method on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays or holidays. 

We strive to fill orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders places after 3 PM EST on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday, excluding business holidays.  

Cancellations & Modifications

Please contact us immediately if you would like to modify or cancel an existing order. Cancellations and modifications are handled on a case by case basis. Please note once items have been processed for shipping, no cancellations or modifications can be made.
