Red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, carrots, chopped asparagus, red onion, and cauliflower are tossed in olive oil and Italian seasonings. We roast our vegetables separately to ensure each one has the perfect bite and texture. We then combine them for an incredibly colorful, and equally delicious side dish!
